We have used McGinn Construction on two occasions now, one for the foundations for our conservatory, which the building regulations passed no problems, and the other for our driveway. The price quoted was the price paid, and everything was done and ready on the date stated. Matt has a friendly approach and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing professional work done.

We hired M.W Mcginn for the ground work phase of our extension we had numerous site visits before the job to discuss the finer details and he made sure we understood all the Stages and processes  that were Required to be completed to get to our end goal. The job did not go to plan as he came across unforeseen problems that could not have been predicted but used his professionalism and skill to over come these hurdles and complete the job to a high standard and most importantly Safely.
The job was kept clean at all times and always closed off to the public on completion of a days work using safety barriers and such like.
On the whole we were very pleased with his work, attitude and price.
